Shipping from the United States to Bolivia
We leave from Miami and land in Santa Cruz. From there it reaches any city in the country.
How you get your shipment to us
At Miami airport
We agree on a day and time and you hand off the suitcase there. It's the most common option and costs nothing extra.
Ship it to our receiving address
Send it by UPS or USPS and give us the tracking number. We share the address on WhatsApp once your booking is confirmed.
Electronics and watches in person
Phones, tablets, laptops and watches can be handed over directly. They're flat-priced and handled separately.
We pick it up
Home pickup in the Miami area for $40, within 20 miles of the airport.
The receiving address isn't published. It's a private residence and we share it when your booking is confirmed — never send anything without coordinating first.
Heavy or awkward items
If you're sending something 5 kg or heavier, or bulky or fragile, tell us beforehand. It's not a problem — we just need to prepare it and reserve the right space.
Delivery in Bolivia
You can pick up in Santa Cruz at no extra cost, or we forward it to your city by BOA cargo or by bus. That last-mile cost depends on weight and destination.
