How much does it cost to send a suitcase?
$350 up to 23 kg (50 lb). Between 23 and 32 kg it's $100 more. A single suitcase can't exceed 32 kg.
What if I'm only sending a few loose things?
It's $12 per pound. Past about 29 pounds a suitcase is cheaper, and we'll tell you so in the quote ourselves.
Why are electronics priced differently?
Phones, tablets, laptops and watches are flat-priced because the risk and paperwork don't depend on weight. That price replaces the weight charge — you don't pay both.
When do I pay?
After we weigh your shipment and confirm the exact amount. We don't ask for anything up front to hold your space.
How do I pay?
Zelle if you're in the United States, or QR in bolivianos if you're in Bolivia.
How long does it take?
It depends on the shipment and the flight date. When you book, we tell you the next departure and when it closes.
Does it reach my city or only Santa Cruz?
It reaches the whole country. We land in Santa Cruz and forward from there by BOA cargo or by bus, at an added cost based on weight and destination.
Can I send a sealed package from Bolivia?
No. From Bolivia to the United States we buy the items ourselves. It's a rule without exceptions, and we explain why here.
What if something is lost or damaged?
We answer for what you declared in your shipment. That's why we ask for a clear list of what's inside, and why we inspect before dispatch.
