It's $12 per pound. Past about 29 pounds a suitcase is cheaper, and we'll tell you so in the quote ourselves.

Yes, and it's quoted online. Each device has a flat price: $125 new or $75 used. Personal quantities only: up to 2 phones, 2 tablets and 2 laptops per shipment. If the shipment continues past Santa Cruz, the last mile is added.

No. We only carry items for personal use or consumption, in personal quantities, to comply with Bolivian law. We don't do commercial or cargo shipments, customs clearance or insurance. We ship by suitcase — whole, or by the pound.

Yes. It's charged per pound like any loose item. The only difference is the last mile: the plane won't take alcohol, so it leaves Santa Cruz by bus.

After we weigh your shipment and confirm the exact amount. We don't ask for anything up front to hold your space.

It depends on the shipment and the flight date. When you book, we tell you the next departure and when it closes.

We land in Santa Cruz and forward from there to La Paz, Cochabamba, Sucre and Tarija, by plane or by bus, at an added cost. We don't forward to other cities — those are picked up in Santa Cruz.

No. From Bolivia to the United States we buy the items ourselves. It's a rule without exceptions, and we explain why here.

No. We don't offer insurance or loss/damage coverage, so don't ship anything you couldn't replace. We ask for a clear list of what's inside and inspect before dispatch.
