Shipping from Bolivia to the United States
This direction works differently. It's worth understanding why.
We buy the items ourselves
We do not accept sealed packages going from Bolivia to the United States. Not from known customers, not from family, not as an exception. Instead, you tell us what you need and we purchase it.
Why we work this way
A parcel leaving Bolivia for the United States is exactly the kind of shipment drug trafficking tries to use. When someone hands us a sealed box, we're trusting that we know what's inside — and we don't. By buying the goods ourselves, with a receipt, from the seller, we know with certainty what every shipment contains.
This protects us, but mostly it protects you: your shipment never travels next to something that could ground the entire flight. We'd rather lose a customer than lose the business.
How it works in practice
1. Send us your list
Product, brand, quantity, plus photos or links if you have them. Food, crafts, clothing — whatever you need from Bolivia.
2. We quote it
You get two separate numbers: what the goods cost and what the shipping costs. Nothing blended together.
3. You approve, we buy
We only purchase once you approve. We keep the receipt for every item and share it with you.
4. It flies to Miami
We consolidate, dispatch, and let you know. Pick up in Miami or we send it by UPS.
Are there exceptions?
No. It's the one rule in this business we don't negotiate. If you need to send something personal and irreplaceable — documents, a family keepsake — message us and we'll tell you honestly whether we can help.
